Items You Need

Don't worry, you don't need any expensive equipment. Here's what you need:

  1. Yoga blocks.
  2. Hammer
  3. Dumbbells:  Females: use 2 to 8 pounders if you're inactive and haven't done exercise the past year. 8 to 12 pounds if you are currently exercising regularly.  Males: use 5 to 12 pounds if inactive and no exercise past year. 12 to 20 pounds if active and exercising regularly.
